As Co-CEO and President for Stout Street Hospitality, Sarah runs all of the operations of seven hotels, has approval and oversight of all capital and operation budgets, and in partnership with her brother, Eric Holtze Co-CEO, steers the mission and vision of the company. Committed to giving back to the communities in which she works, Sarah has imparted this philosophy throughout her 10 years with the company by creating the SSH corporate sponsorship of Ronald McDonald House. She has been on a number of boards including the Junior League of Denver and Historic Denver. Sarah’s passion is with children; after her first son’s premature birth and his subsequent stay in a NICU, Sarah joined the Board of the Rocky Mountain Children’s Health Foundation. She chairs their largest fundraiser annually. Sarah also sits on the House Operations Committee for the Ronald McDonald House Denver and Aurora and volunteers with ACE Scholarships. A graduate of Bucknell University, Sarah also received her MBA from Denver University. She lives in Denver with her husband and four children.
