The Website does not collect personally identifiable information when you browse the Website and request pages from our servers unless you voluntarily and knowingly provide it to us. We work with third party service providers to provide website and application development, hosting, and maintenance as well as other services for us. V. Cookies
Our website uses “cookie” technology. “Cookies” are encrypted strings of text that a website stores on a user’s computer. Our website requires the use of a cookie throughout the online reservation process. Without cookies we will not be able to keep information you enter on multiple pages together. For example, unless can remember the dates you used in your hotel search, we will not be able to check room availability. Cookies also enable us to customize our website and offerings to your needs and provide you with a better online experience on our website. First Party cookies remain on your computer hard drive until you delete them or are otherwise removed upon expiration. VI. Pixel Tags
Stout Street Hospitality and its third-party service providers use pixel tags. Pixel tags are not visible to the user of the website and consist of a few lines of computer coding delivered with the Web page. Pixel tags are not used to collect any personally identifiable information about you apart from what you voluntarily provide us in your dealings with Stout Street Hospitality. Stout Street Hospitality and our email service provider use pixel tags to: 1) Track customer response to Stout Street Hospitality advertisements and website content; 2) Determine your ability to receive HTML-based email messages. Our email service provider includes a pixel tag, which they refer to as a “coded sensor” in all of the HTML-based messages sent on our behalf. The sensor activates when the email message is opened and flags the email address of the user as one that is capable of receiving HTML-based email messages. This capability helps our service provider to send the email in a format you can read. The sensor does not collect or use any other information. If you cannot receive HTML, you will not receive a functioning sensor; 3) Know how many users open an email and allow our service provider to compile aggregated statistics about an email campaign for us; and 4) Allow us to better target interactive advertising, enhance customer support and site usability, and provide offers and promotions that we believe would be of interest to you.

VII. Third Party Services
This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Stout Street. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites that are accessible through the Website, including but not limited to any third-party websites that process payments on our behalf. Please be aware that third-party websites that process payments for us and websites for our advertisers, sponsors, affiliated entities and other third parties that are accessible through the Website may have their own privacy and data collection policies and practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites and will not be responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties. When you use the Website by or through a third party platform—including Facebook—you allow us to access and/or collect certain information from your third party platform profile/account. You additionally allow us to access information contained in cookies placed on your device by the third party platform as permitted by the terms of your agreement and privacy settings with the third party platform. We may share this information with the third party platform for their use as permitted by the terms of your agreement and privacy settings with the third party platform. We will share some of the information we collect from you with vendors and other service providers who work with us to support the internal operations of our website and/or mobile application. For example, we use a third-party service for ad tracking and to help us prepare website and mobile application analytics. Our third-party ad tracking and analytics company never sends emails, notifications, or other communications to our end users. VIII.  Emails about Special Offers and Promotions and Opt-Out
It is our intention to only send you email communications that will be useful to you and that you want to receive. We typically use third party email service providers to send emails. These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your email address for any purpose other than to send Stout Street Hospitality related email.
We provide you the ability to define and modify your mailing preferences at any time, including unsubscribing from all marketing communications. In addition, every time you receive an email, you will be provided the choice to opt-out of future emails by following the instructions provided in the email.

IX. Children’s Information.
If we learn that, despite our measures, personally identifiable information of any person under the age of 13 has been collected on the Website without verifiable parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. The Website is hosted in the United States and is intended for visitors located within the United States. Stout Street complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States.

Stout Street has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. XV. Investor Relations Communications

This is a United States website and is subject to laws of the United States and the State of New York. This Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to that state’s conflict of law analysis. Each of the parties to this Privacy Policy hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York or any state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in New York County, New York  for purposes of all legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the transactions contemplated hereby, and agrees not to commence any legal proceedings related thereto except in such court

Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Cancellations must be made before 4:00 PM 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax fees. An early departure fee of $50 will be charged if guests check out prior to their departure date. Policies can vary for specials, packages, and prepaid reservations. Please review the booking description of your reservation.


A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room. All hotels require a one -day deposit at time of booking. Special event periods may require an actual deposit depending on the time of booking and will be stated during the booking process. Direct billing accounts must be set up through property accounting offices, and guests must fax requests on company letterhead.


Check-In time is 3pm. Check-Out time is 11am. Early Check-In is by request only and not guaranteed. Late Check-Out must be coordinated with the hotel if it is available. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into a hotel.


All Tax Exempt Guests must bring an Individual Tax Exempt form from their organization and present it upon checking in.
