A fourth generation family business owner, Eric is Co-CEO of Stout Street Hospitality and responsible for all real estate investments. Prior to this role, Eric held a number of development and financial analysis positions in the hotel industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Bucknell University and a master’s degree from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.

When not searching for the next deal, Eric serves on the board of the Denver Ronald McDonald House and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. While an aspiring skier, pianist, culinarian, and golfer, Eric will most likely be found reading next to the peonies in his wife’s garden.
