A Server needs to have previous serving experience in an full service house and/or In Room Dining experience; able to describe menu highlights such as craft beers, specialty cocktails, food entrees and shared plates; have experience with F&B point of sale systems; already possess or have the ability to receive TABC certification; and meet the physical requirements of the position.
