The Laurel Oak Culinary team is led by Executive Chef Wesley Rabalais. The Laurel Oak menu pays homage to local New Orleans ingredients while celebrating the city’s rich food & beverage community.
Cooks on the Laurel Oak Culinary team may do line cooking, prep, plating/expediting, production, or saucier. The Laurel Oak seeks Cooks with culinary experience on multiple stations in the kitchen. Meal period set up, break down, sanitation and positive communication with Servers are other key responsibilities.
