Denver, Colo. – March 8, 2013 – Leigh Hitz, president and chief operating officer for Stout Street Hospitality, today announced that Magnolia Hotel Omaha was recently named the company’s 2012 “Property of the Year.” The award was granted based on a combination of factors including guest service scores, employee satisfaction and retention, property revenue and more.

The result of this hard work is evident in our customer service and employee satisfaction scores.”
The hotel showed positive growth in almost all areas of its guest services scores from 2011 to 2012. The overall customer satisfaction score rose from 8.84 in 2011 to over 9.1 in 2012. The positive trend also is illustrated in feedback about room cleanliness, helpful associates, breakfast service, overall room condition and more. The property also is ranked in the top five of all Omaha hotels on TripAdvisor and boasts the largest number of overall reviews.
