DENVER – February 18, 2015 – Jim Finnegan, regional manager for Stout Street Hospitality, announced some exciting enhancements to the Winter Park Mountain Lodge in Colorado. The property is adding 55 newly renovated guest rooms to its inventory from the building located behind the main structure, which will increase the resort’s inventory to 165 guest rooms.
“When Stout Street Hospitality took over the management of the Winter Park Mountain Lodge last spring, we realized there was an opportunity to include the rooms that were previously used for employee housing in our inventory,” said Finnegan. “When the lease on the units was up, we embarked on a renovation to ensure the quality of the guest room experience met the needs of skiers and snowboarders this winter.”
The guest rooms were completely renovated with new flooring, carpeting, paint and even new plumbing. The new rooms received a fresh design and décor. With the new look and feel, the back building will have a distinctive look compared to the main five-story building. The back building will exude more of a lodge look and feel compared to the contemporary design of the main building.
